Our efforts do not start and stop with a written report; we do not consider a solution complete until implemented. eProcesses will assess your situation, make recommendations orally and in writing, and then help you implement them so that you experience the before and the after.
The eProcesses team finds that the techniques and tools we use on consulting projects are very broadly applicable. There are specific issues and processes that are common in some industries and environments and not in others, but the techniques and tools generally apply across any industry and environment.
During a typical project, we will:
  • Evaluate existing work flows, processes, organizations, and systems
  • Understand organizational culture and the inter-relationships between individuals, departments and other organizations, including vendors and customers
  • Analyze staffing levels, organization structures, and span of control relative to work loads, work environments, and organizational constraints
  • Appraise systems for providing executive information, management information, staff information, and the tools for decision-making and communication
  • Develop a strategy to implement changes in processes, systems, organization, and culture appropriate to the client's operational, financial, and cultural needs and objectives
  • Implement the solution and follow up to assure results
From the outset, it is important to recognize that our efforts (us with you) are in vain if the tools, techniques, processes and structures that we will jointly design are not implemented. We can bring to you our experience from previous projects and pre-consulting work experience. We will need your assistance to implement meaningful change.
